ValueAtlas AI, Inc. is a spatiotemporal AI company based in New York, NY. We believe the next durable layer of artificial intelligence is not language but place: what happened somewhere, when it happened, and what happens there next.
Why we exist
Real estate is the largest asset class on earth and it is still valued the way weather was forecast before satellites: one number, one moment, no explanation, no range. Buyers make the largest financial decision of their lives on a snapshot.
ValueAtlas replaces that snapshot with a surface. Every property gets a value path through time, fitted from recorded history and projected forward with an explicit confidence band. The map is the product, motion is the interface, and every forecast we publish is permanently recorded so our accuracy can be audited rather than claimed.
We would rather be measurably right in five cities than vaguely present in five hundred.
