This policy explains what ValueAtlas AI, Inc. collects when you use valueatlas.ai, how that information is used, and the choices you have. Effective 1 January 2026.
We collect the information you submit to us directly — your name, email address, stated role and message when you request access — together with basic technical information such as pages viewed, referring page, approximate region and device type.
We use submitted information solely to evaluate and grant early access, to respond to your enquiry, and to send product updates you asked for. Technical information is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site fast and available.
Our models are built on records that are publicly available or licensed from data providers: recorded deeds, listings history, permits, transit records, hazard data and similar sources. This data describes properties, not site visitors, and is never combined with your account or enquiry information.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the site and communicate with you, and only to the extent needed to perform that work, or where required by law.
We use a minimal set of first-party cookies and privacy-preserving analytics to measure aggregate usage. We do not run advertising trackers or sell audience data.
Enquiry and waitlist records are retained while your request is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@valueatlas.ai. You can unsubscribe from product updates using the link in any message.
If this policy changes materially we will update this page and revise the effective date below.
