Terms of use
These terms govern your use of valueatlas.ai and of any forecast, map or figure published on it. Effective 1 January 2026.
Forecasts are estimates, not appraisals
Every value, range, percentage and forecast published on this site is a modelled estimate produced by statistical and machine-learning models. It is not an appraisal, a broker price opinion, a lending valuation, a tax assessment, or investment, legal or tax advice. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for a transaction.
No guarantee of accuracy
We report our measured accuracy openly, including hit rates and error magnitudes, and we publish confidence ranges rather than single numbers. Even so, forecasts can be wrong, source records can be incomplete, and past calibration does not guarantee future performance.
Permitted use
You may view, share and cite content on this site with attribution to ValueAtlas. You may not scrape at a volume that degrades service, resell our forecasts as your own product, or reverse engineer the models.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, model outputs and visualisations are owned by ValueAtlas AI, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Underlying public records remain the property of their respective authorities.
Availability
The platform is in early access. Features, coverage and market availability may change or be withdrawn without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ValueAtlas is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any decision made in reliance on forecasts published on this site.
